Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Zoho CRM from the left menu.
Click Integrate.
Select the
Contacts
Module
and the Layout
to which you want to push your form data.
Under the Field Mapping Section, map all the mandatory Zoho CRM fields to the corresponding Zoho Forms fields. To map more fields, click + Add fields.
You can select the necessary actions to be performed in Zoho CRM when your form data is pushed.
Click Integrate to save your settings.
Select Deals/Potentials/Opportunities as the Related List and the Layout to which you want to push the associated records.
Map all the mandatory Zoho CRM fields to the corresponding Zoho Forms fields.
To map more fields, click
+ Add Fields. For example, you can map
Deal name, Closing Date, Stage, and other deal related details.
Click
Integrate.
