Revoke Connected Salesforce Account

Once you revoke, all your form's Salesforce integrations that are linked to this Salesforce account will no longer function.

If you wish to remove the existing Salesforce account connected with your Zoho Forms account and connect it with a different Salesforce account,
  1. Login to Salesforce with your email address.
  2. Click the Setup link in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Manage Apps under Admin in the left pane.
  4. Click the Connected Apps OAuth Usage. All your connected apps will be listed in the right pane.

  5. Click the User Count associated with Zoho Forms as shown.

  6. Click Revoke under Action to remove the access for the connected account.
  7. You can now connect your Zoho Forms account with a different Salesforce account email address.
