Overview

Integration Setup    

To integrate your form with Zoho Creator:

1. Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Zoho Creator under Developer & Automation from the left menu.
   
2. Click Integrate.
   
   
3. Select the Workspace in Zoho Creator.
4. Specify the Application Type:
   
1. Created Application – An application you have directly created.
   
2. Shared Application – An application shared with you by another Zoho Creator user.
   
5. Choose the Creator Application.
   
6. Select the Creator Form within the application. Once integrated, Zoho Forms data will be pushed into the selected creator form.
   
   
   
7. Click + Add Fields to map the first field. Choose a Creator Field from the dropdown and map it with the corresponding field in Zoho Forms. For mapping more fields, click the + button. All creator fields can also be listed at once by clicking + Add All Zoho Creator Fields.
8. Click Integrate to save your settings.
   
   
   
   
   
   In the above integration of an order form - When a form is submitted, order details such as name, product, and quantity will be pushed to Zoho Creator based on the mapped fields.
   
   
   
9. To remove this integration, click Remove Integration.

Notes:

• You can configure to receive an alert on integration failure.
• If you don't have an account in Zoho Creator, you will be prompted to create one.
  
• In a Shared Application, only the creator forms with write permissions will be listed, and data can be pushed only if these permissions are available.
  
• If the Zoho Creator form has mandatory fields, they will be listed automatically when the form is selected.
  

Supported Field Types

The table below lists the Zoho Forms fields that can be mapped with the respective fields in Zoho Creator.

Notes:

• The following Zoho Forms fields are not supported: Subform, Matrix Choice, Description, Section, Terms and Conditions, Page Break, Audio Video Embed, Zoho CRM, Payment. 
• The total form data pushed to Zoho Creator must not exceed 250 MB. 
• A maximum of 30 attachments can be pushed from Zoho Forms to Zoho Creator. If multiple attachments are uploaded to a single upload field, only one will be pushed, as Zoho Creator allows only one attachment per field.
  
• If you configure Manage Form Attachments to store your form attachments (from File Upload, Image Upload, or Audio/Video upload) to a designated cloud service, only the URLs of these files will be shared to Zoho Creator. You can map your form's upload fields to Zoho Creator's URL, Multi Line, or Rich Text field. If multiple attachments are uploaded to a single upload field, only one will be pushed to the Zoho Creator's URL field, while Multi Line and Rich Text fields can handle up to 5 URLs. 

Set Alert on Integration Failure

Once your integration settings are saved, you can choose to receive an email alert if the integration fails.

To do so,

1. Click Set Alert in the top-right corner.
2. Configure the email alert template and click Save.
   
   
   
   
   
   

Notes:

• The option to set an email alert on integration failure is available only in our paid plans.
• You can send email alerts to a maximum of five users within your organization.
• An email alert will be triggered only on the first occurrence of integration failure every 24 hours.
