To integrate your form with Zoho Sign,
Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Zoho Sign from the left menu.
Select a Template from the list of the templates that you have created in Zoho Sign.
Map the Mandatory Zoho Sign fields with the corresponding Zoho Forms fields.
To populate more fields in your document, click the + Add Fields.
Under the Recipient Details section, all the recipient roles which are not mapped in the Zoho Sign template can be configured as given below:
Select the recipient's Name and Email from the form fields. You can choose to enter the email address manually by clicking Add Input Manually.
To view all the added recipients of the document, click Recipient List.
Choose from the following ways to send the Zoho Sign document for signatures to the corresponding recipients after the form submission as per your requirement.
Click Integrate to save your settings.
