Zoho Sign Integration

Overview

If you are looking to digitize the paperwork involved in getting your agreements, documents, and contracts signed, you can use the Zoho Forms - Zoho Sign Integration.
With this integration, you can send prefilled Zoho Sign document templates to your respondents to acquire their digital signatures.
You can also monitor the status of signatures in real time.

Integration Setup

To integrate your form with Zoho Sign,

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Zoho Sign under Task Management & Finance from the left menu.

  2. Click Integrate.

  3. Select a Template from the list of the templates that you have created in Zoho Sign.

  4. Specify the Document Name manually or pre-fill from the existing form fields by clicking on the  button. If the field is left blank, the template name will automatically be used as the document name.

  5. Map the Mandatory Zoho Sign fields with the corresponding Zoho Forms fields.

  6. To populate more fields in your document, click the + Add Fields.

    Notes
    Note: Only the fields added under the Prefill by you section of the Zoho Sign template can be mapped with the Zoho Forms fields.
  7. Under the Recipient Details section, all the recipient roles which are not mapped in the Zoho Sign template can be configured as given below:

    1. Select the recipient's Name and Email from the form fields. You can choose to enter the email address manually by clicking Add Input Manually.

      NotesNote: If you have already added the recipient's Name and the Email while setting up your Zoho Sign template, you cannot configure them here.
    1. To view all the added recipients of the document, click Recipient List.

    2. Choose from the following ways to send the Zoho Sign document for signatures to the corresponding recipients after the form submission as per your requirement.

  8.  Click Integrate to save your settings.


Notes
Note:
1. Zoho Sign accepts name values only upto 100 characters. If a field label is dynamically placed with values exceeding this limit, the value will be validated and truncated to the first 100 characters
.
2. Zoho Sign allows the following special characters in name values:
# + ? ! , ( ) $ ' @ % . - : _ * = [ ] | &
Any other special characters will result in an error when pushing data to Zoho Sign.
