Subscription & Add-Ons

Zoho Forms offers a Free plan without any trial period to the users. If you are looking for more features, you can subscribe to any of our plans that bring together the commonly needed features into different packages to fit your needs and budget.

You can upgrade or downgrade from your current plan, renew your subscription, and supplement your current plan with add-ons.

Upgrade Plan   

To upgrade your Zoho Forms subscription from the current plan,

  1. Log in to your Zoho Forms account and click the Subscription link in the top-right corner. You will be taken to the payment page where you can view your current plan.

  2. Click Upgrade under your desired plan.

Downgrade Plan   

To downgrade your Zoho Forms subscription from the current plan,

 

  1. Log in to your Zoho Forms account and click the Subscription link in the top-right corner. You will be taken to the payment page where you can view your current plan.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Click Downgrade under the required plan.

Downgrade on Play Store   

If you have purchased any of our paid plans from the Google Play Store and wish to cancel your subscription,

  1. Open Google Play Store from your Android device.
  2. Choose Zoho Forms from Menu > Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Cancel and confirm the cancellation. 

Downgrade on App Store   

If you have purchased any of our paid plans from the App Store and wish to cancel your subscription,

  1. Open Settings App and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, and then tap Zoho Forms.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription. Scroll down to locate the Cancel Subscription option. If you don't see it or instead find an expiration message in red text, it means that the subscription has already been successfully cancelled.

Renewal of Subscription   

Your subscription will automatically be renewed and your credit card will be auto- debited on the next renewal date unless you have cancelled the plan.
If your plan is cancelled due to a payment failure and you wish to subscribe to your desired plan,
  1. Log in to your Zoho Forms account and click the Subscription link in the top-right corner. You will be taken to the payment page where you can view your current plan. 
  2. Click Upgrade under your desired plan to upgrade your Zoho Forms subscription.

Add-Ons   

Sometimes you might require only a few additional features to boost your existing plan. You can supplement your current plan with the following Add-ons:

  1. 10,000 Additional Submissions for $12 per month
  2. 5 GB of Extra Storage for $6 per month
  3. 200 PDF credits for $5 
  4. 5,000 Prefill Webhooks for $6 per month
  5. 1,000 Flow Tasks for $2 per month
  6. 1 unit IM credit for $2.06 
  7. 5000 AI credits for $6 
Notes Note: These add-ons do not apply to our Free plan.
  1. User Add-ons are available at $1.10 per user per month, exclusively for our Premium plan.
    2. In a single purchase, you can add up to 200 users. If more users are needed, you can easily buy additional user add-ons as required.
If you have subscribed to a plan on yearly basis and need add-ons after a few months, the add-ons will be charged on a pro-rata basis, which means you will have to pay for the add-ons only from the time you pay for it until the end of your subscription.
