My team does not have access to the form entries received. How can I give them the access?
As the form owner, create a report for the respective form and share it privately with the users in your team.
Once Shared, the users can navigate to the Reports tab to view the form entries received.
If you want the users to view and edit the entries received, share the Report in Read/ Write mode.
Note: If your form consists of encrypted fields, the encrypted field responses will be visible to the users you share the report with. If you do not want the encrypted field responses to be shown, then hide the field(s) under Show/Hide Columns in the report builder.
Zoho Forms reports are live reports, that is, any new form submissions will be automatically added to the shared Report.
