Form Availability Between Date & Time

When you share your form with an audience, you are expected to receive form entries from anyone at anytime. There is no limit to your form's validity. If you are looking to receive form entries within a specified timeline, you can restrict the form's validity by date/time using the Form Span option in Zoho Forms. 
To do this,
  1. In your form builder, navigate to Settings and click Form Span under Form.

  2. Under Form Availability Between Date & Time, you can choose from the following options:

    By Date
    This option lets your respondents access the form and submit entries only for the specified date range. You can also set certain additional restrictions on your form's availability within the selected date range. The message you enter will be displayed to the respondents when they access your form's link after expiration.

    By Date and Time
    This option lets your respondents access the form and submit entries only for the specified date and time range. You can also set certain additional restrictions on your form's availability within the selected date and time range. The message you enter will be displayed to the respondents when they access your form's link after expiry. 



    To remove the set date/time restrictions and keep your form accessible for respondents to submit entries, select Always. You can, however, set certain additional restrictions on your form's availability.

Set Additional Restrictions

To set additional restrictions on your form's accessibility, select Yes and choose from the following options: 

Date Range (recurs every month)  

If you wish to receive form entries only for a specified date range every month, select this option and enter the range.
For example, if you enter the range from 1 to 7, your form will be accessible to respondents only from the 1st to the 7th of every calendar month.

Additional form access restrictions by Date Range

Specific Days  

If you wish to receive form entries only on certain days of a week, select this option and choose the days of a week on which your form can be accessed.
For example, if you select Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri, your form will be accessible to respondents only on these days and not on Saturdays and Sundays.

Specific Time

If you wish to receive form entries only within a specified time range each day, select this option and enter the start time and end time.
For example, if you enter 09:00 AM as the start time and 05:00 PM as the end time, the form will be accessible to respondents only between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM every day.
