Deleting a Form

If you no longer require a form, and would like to remove the form and all its associated data, you can choose to move them to the trash or delete them permanently.
Moving a form to trash
When you move a form to the trash, it will be available in the trash folder for 15 days before it is deleted permanently. Once a form is moved to trash, you cannot access the data and attachments associated with it. The form permalink becomes invalid and the section where the form is embedded in a web page will be broken.
To move a form to trash,
- In the forms listing under My Forms, hover over the vertical ellipsis of the desired form.
- Click Trash.
- In the pop-up click Yes.
Restoring a form
If you change your mind after moving a form to trash and decide to restore it, you can do it within 15 days of moving a form to the trash.
To restore a form,
- In the Forms tab, click Trash on the left menu.
- Hover over the form that you wish to restore.
- Click Restore.
Note:
- Only forms available in the trash can be restored. Forms that were deleted permanently cannot be restored.
- The Super Admin will have access to restore forms trashed by users.
Deleting a form permanently
All forms moved to the trash will automatically be deleted permanently after 15 days. If you want to delete the forms before that permanently, you can access the trash and delete them manually.
To permanently delete a form,
- In the Forms tab, click Trash on the left menu.
- Hover over the form that you wish to restore.
- Click Delete.
Deleting forms in bulk
To delete multiple forms in bulk,
- In the home page, select the forms that you wish to delete.
- Hover over the ellipsis as shown and click Trash.
- Enter the CAPTCHA as show in the popup.
- You can view the number of submitted and saved entries for each selected form in the pop-up using the Entries Overview link.
Note:
- Trashed forms will be deleted permanently from the trash after 15 days.
- Entries & reports of the selected form(s) will no longer be accessible.
