Sharing a form with groups
You could be looking for feedback on an event you organized or a reunion with friends and sharing such forms by entering multiple user email addresses under the
Share With Your Organization option can be tiresome. Zoho Forms makes your job simpler in such cases with the
Share With Groups option. With this option, you can share a form with multiple groups in your organization for the group members to view and submit the form.
To share a form with a group,
- In your form builder, go to the Share tab.
Under
Share With, click
Groups.

In
Share With, enter the group name you wish to share the form with. If the group name is part of your Zoho organization, it will show up in the dropdown to choose from.

Note:
- You must be a part of atleast 1 group to be able to share the form.
- You can share a form with a maximum of 5 groups.
- If you are not a part of any group, click +Create Group in the top-right corner to create one in your Zoho Directory. This option will only be available if you are the admin of your Zoho Forms organization.
Click Share. You can view the list of the groups that the form has been shared with by clicking the Shared Groups
link.

Note: The feature to share a form with groups is available only in our Standard plan and above.
