Zoho Voice is Zoho’s cloud-based telephony system that enables you to make, receive, and manage calls seamlessly within your Zoho applications. It helps businesses streamline communication, track call activities, and enhance customer interactions—all from a single, unified platform.
Installing Zoho Voice
- Navigate to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
- Click View More under Zoho Voice.

- Click Install.

- Select the users you want to be able to use Zoho Voice and click Proceed.

- Go to the App Info tab and click on the link in the info message displayed at the top.

- Click Integrate Product.
