Installing Zoho Voice

Zoho Voice is Zoho’s cloud-based telephony system that enables you to make, receive, and manage calls seamlessly within your Zoho applications. It helps businesses streamline communication, track call activities, and enhance customer interactions—all from a single, unified platform.

Installing Zoho Voice 

  1. Navigate to Setup > Channels > Telephony.
  2. Click View More under Zoho Voice.



  3. Click Install.



  4. Select the users you want to be able to use Zoho Voice and click Proceed.



  5. Go to the App Info tab and click on the link in the info message displayed at the top.



  6. Click Integrate Product.


Before you can receive and make calls, you will need to buy voice credits and purchase a phone number.
