Bookmark Zoho FSM in Zoho One

You can bookmark Zoho FSM in Zoho One so that you can easily access Zoho FSM along with the other Zoho One applications.
  1. Log in to your Zoho One account and click the Configure settings icon at the top right corner.



  2. Click Applications from the left menu and click Add Application.



  3. Click Add for Non-Directory Apps.



  4. In the Integrate application overlay, enter the following details:
    1. A Display Name
      The name used to list the app in Zoho One.
    2. A Description
    3. Click SSO Mode



  5. Click Sign-In Type and select Bookmark.



  6. Enter the application URL (https://fsm.zoho.com) for Zoho FSM and click Done.



  7. Click Change to add the application logo.



  8. Click browse file to add the Zoho FSM logo and click Save.
    The Zoho FSM logo is attached at the bottom of this page.



  9. Click Create.



  10. Click Add User.



  11. Select the Zoho FSM user you want to add and click Assign.


Hover over the Zoho One logo to see the left menu. Zoho FSM will be listed there. Hover over it and click on Pin App to easily access Zoho FSM.
