How do I convert a Request into an Estimate in Zoho FSM? How can I create an Estimate for a request in Zoho FSM?

Converting a Request into an Estimate

  1. Open the Request record.
  2. From the Convert to Work Order dropdown, select Convert to Estimate.



  3. In the Estimate creation screen, you can:
    1. Add services and parts.



    2. Apply discounts if required.



    3. Edit the list price or quantity if required.



    4. Make adjustments to the grand total if required.



  4. Save the Estimate.



  5. This creates an estimate linked to the Request.
  6. The Estimate will now be created and can be sent to the customer for approval.
