Can I get a refund if I cancel my Zoho FSM subscription mid-cycle?

If you cancel your Zoho FSM subscription mid-cycle and choose the Downgrade Immediately option, your subscription will be cancelled right away. The refund will be made based on Zoho's refund policy.

Steps to cancel:

  1. Click your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
  2. Select Manage Subscription.



  3. Click Change Plan.



  4. Click Cancel Subscription.



  5. Choose your reason for cancellation, provide feedback, and click Move to Free Edition.

After this, you’ll receive a confirmation that your subscription has been successfully changed. You will also be notified that your account will remain subscribed until the end of the paid billing period. You can choose to either continue using the subscription until then or cancel immediately.

  1. If you’ve already paid for a future period, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
    For example, if you paid until September 2025 and cancelled in May 2025, your subscription will stay active until September 2025.
  2. To cancel immediately:
    1. Go to the Dashboard.
    2. Click Downgrade Immediately and confirm the action.



    3. You will receive a confirmation.
