What types of discounts are available in Zoho FSM?

In Zoho FSM, discounts can be applied in two ways:
  1. By Amount
  2. By Percentage
You can also choose the level at which the discount is applied:
  1. Line item level – applies to a specific service or part
  2. Transaction level – applies to the subtotal before or after tax

Choosing the level at which the discount is applied  

These discount settings are synced with Zoho Books / Zoho Invoice and can be configured under: Settings > Setup & Configurations > General > Do you give discounts?
  1. I don't give discounts
  2. At Line Item Level



  3. At Transaction Level
    1. Discount before tax
    2. Discount after tax
