Accessing TRB246 and Edge Lite web interface through WAN
With the LAN port now
configured as WAN on the TRB246 and connected to the internet, you can access the web interface of both the TRB246 and Edge Lite through the WAN network.
Requirements

The TRB246 is connected to a router via the Ethernet port.

The Mac or PC you’re using is connected to the same router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

You have the username and password credentials for the router.
Access through WAN

Connect your Mac or PC to the same router that the TRB246 device is connected to, either through Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

Access your router’s web interface using its IP address (default: 192.168.1.1).

Log in using the router credentials.

Locate the DHCP option and view the list of devices connected to the router.

Find the TRB246 in the list and note its corresponding IP address.
To access the TRB246 web interface, open a new browser tab and enter the noted IP address.
Example: 192.168.0.3
To access the Edge Lite web interface installed on the TRB246, open a new browser tab and enter the same IP address followed by :8070.
Example: 192.168.0.3:8070
Now that you have access to the web interface, you can use it for troubleshooting and modifying the configuration of the gateway device.
