Profiles are added in the End Application. In Zoho IOT applications, four profile types are available: Administrator, Developer, Manager, and Standard. By default, four profiles with names corresponding to each profile type are available. Users can create new profiles based on these four types to suit specific needs.
Key Points while creating Profiles
Users associated with Administrator profile types can create profiles of the following types: Administrator, Developer, Manager, and Standard.
Users associated with the Manager profile type are limited to adding profiles based only on Manager and Standard types.
By default, the portal owner is added as a user in the application with an Administrator profile
To add a new profile,
Access the End Application.
Click the Settings icon at the top right corner.

Click on User Profiles under the USER & CONTROLS section.
Click Add Profile.

Provide the required values in the appropriate fields. For this illustration, a profile called Technician is created based on the Standard Profile.
Click Create Profile. 
A new profile with the given name is created, and you will be automatically redirected to the configuration page of the newly created profile.
