Deleting user profiles

A profile created by the user can be deleted from the application.

Profile Dependency: Before deleting a profile, ensure that it is not associated with any user. If a user is linked to the profile you wish to delete, you must first reassign their profile.

To delete a user profile,
  1. Access the End Application.
  2. Click the Settings icon at the top right corner.



  3. Click on User Profiles under the USER & CONTROLS section.



  4. Hover over the name of the profile you want to edit and click the ellipsis (...) icon that appears. For this illustration, the profile Technician is selected.



  5. Select Delete from the context menu.



  6. Click Delete Profile in the Delete Profile pop up..


The user profile will now be deleted.
