To submit feedback about the app or report a bug or an issue:
Tap the Settings icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Scroll down the page and tap Help & Feedback.
Tap Contact Support.
If you have signed in with multiple email accounts, tap the drop-down icon and choose the email account for which you want to raise feedback.
Describe the issue you're facing.
By default, the Include System Logs and Include Diagnostic Information options will be toggled on to share all of the necessary technical information with the support team for debugging. Toggle these options on if they've been disabled.
Tap the Attachment icon at the top-right corner of the screen to browse your Photo Library and add images of the issue you're facing. (Optional)
Tap the Done icon to submit the feedback.
Once you've submitted the feedback, a ticket will be raised automatically, and a customer support representative will get in touch with you shortly.
