How to create a social campaign

Social campaigns are a quick, easy way to reach a wider audience and engage with your followers on social media. Zoho Marketing Automation can do it all from posting a campaign on social media to running promotions on your social media handles.

As of now, we support the integration of the following social media channels with Zoho Marketing Automation: Facebook pages, LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn company pages, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) profiles.

Create a social campaign

Steps to create a social campaign

To create a social campaign:
  1. Choose Marketing Campaigns on the left panel, then select Social Campaigns.

  2. Click Create in the social campaign listing view.Create a social campaign
  3. Enter a name for your campaign and choose a topic in the General Details section.Enter general details
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select the social media channel where you wish to share your post.
  6. Enter the content to be shared on the selected social media platforms.
  7. Click Save and Proceed.

Launch a social campaign

To launch the social campaign:
  1. Click Launch in the top-right corner of the page.

  2. Select when you want to post your campaign from the following options:
  3. Post Now - This will allow you to post your campaign immediately. Click Post Now.

  4. Schedule Later - Set Date, Time, and Time zone to post your campaign at your desired time. Click Schedule.

  1. You can view the data in the reports section 24 hours after publishing the post.
  2. To generate data under the reports section, the Facebook page connected with Zoho Marketing Automation must have at least 100 page likes.
