Signup Pop-Up reports

Signup pop-up reports let you view details of the contacts through your signup pop-ups along with various other stats to understand the possible intent of signups, location of the subscribers, the device used to subscribe, and much more.
 
You can use this information to tailor your marketing plans according to your contacts best suiting their need. You can customize the period of the reports in the top right corner.
 
To view signup pop-up reports: 
  1. Select Lead Generation from the Navigation Toolbar and choose Signup Pop-Ups.

  2. Click on the published signup pop-up for which you need to view the report. You will land on the reports page. 

Reports tab     

You can use this section to get insight into how this signup pop-up has performed during a specific period. The report section under signup pop-ups includes:
  1. Total Visitors: The number of individuals who have visited your webpage.
  2. Visits: The number of times the visitors land on your webpage and scroll through it.
  3. Impressions: The number of times the visitors have seen this signup pop-up.
  4. Interactions: The number of times visitors have interacted with the signup pop-up.
  5. Conversions: The number of times visitor have clicked on the call-to-action (CTA) button present in this signup pop-up. This does not include the clicks to close the pop-up.
  6. Pop-Up Stats Over Time: This section includes a line graph that shows how many known visitors and anonymous visitors have landed on your webpage through the this signup pop-up during a period of time. You can set the date range from the Calendar option to get the statistics of a specific time period.

     

  7. Visitors Split: This graph shows the percentage of known and anonymous visitors that have visited your webpage during a specific time.
  8. Conversion Funnel: This funnel gives you an insight on the number and percentage of impressions, conversions and interactions this signup pop-up has received.
  9. Visits by Source: This section gives you an insight on the sources from where visitors have landed on this signup pop-up.
    1. Direct Visitors: Visitors who enter your webpage directly without having to click on a link available on another website. Most of these visitors would either manually enter your webpage URL or would have bookmarked it.
    2. Referral Traffic: Visitors who land on your webpage through another source, for example, a URL on a third-party website or a link embedded in a campaign.
    3. Social Traffic: Visitors who reach your webpage through social media platforms like Facebook or X.
    4. Others: Webpage visitors who do not belong to any of the categories mentioned above.



  10. Performance by Field: This section helps you understand how your visitors have interacted with the individual fields on this signup pop-up. The metrics evaluated here are:
    1. Focuses: The number of times the visitor has clicked each field in the pop-up.
    2. Interactions: The number of times visitors entered data into each field of your pop-up.
    3. Refocuses: The number of times the same visitor has re-clicked on a field in the pop-up.
    4. Corrections: The number of times each field in the pop-up was edited by the visitors.
    5. Dropoffs: The number of visitors who've left without submitting a pop-up after entering data in its fields.

  11. Top Webpages: You can see your top performing websites that are embedded with signup pop-ups. The performance of the websites is analyzed based on the following metrics:
    1. Visits: The number of times visitors have landed on your webpage and have scrolled through it.
    2. Interactions: The number of times visitors have interacted with the pop-up embedded on your webpages.
    3. Conversions: The number of times visitors have accomplished a desired action on the pop-up, like clicking a call-to-action button.
    4. Abandons: The number of visitors who leave the webpage without performing any desired actions on the pop-up.

       

    Response 

    You can use this section to gather detailed insights on responses submitted by visitors who’ve interacted with your pop-ups. The responses collected are arranged under the following fields - Device & OS, Browser, Country, Email ID, Date of Birth, Input box, Website address, and Phone number.
     


    You can use the filter option at far right to view a list of either All Visitors, Known Visitors, or Anonymous Visitors.

    Contacts tab  

    This tab lets you view details of the various contacts who have signed up to receive campaigns related to your product through your signup pop-up.
     

     
    You can filter data by clicking the filter icon in the top right corner of this tab. Additionally, you can save a segment based on the filter you apply. There are smart and advanced filters under this section.
     

    Configuration

    You can view the signup pop-up configurations in this tab. You can pause a running pop-up and you can edit any configuration according to your requirements. You can directly edit configurations of pop-ups that are in draft and paused status.

    Push to CRM

    You can configure Push to CRM action whenever you want irrespective of your signup pop-up status. However, your organization must be integrated with Zoho CRM to view this tab.
