Introduction
The Social Campaigns feature in Zoho Marketing Automation is an ideal tool for boosting your social media presence. You can connect your social media pages, schedule post content, increase brand awareness, generate new leads, and track the metrics of how your posts are performing. You can efficiently manage your time and your social media pages by handling all your accounts in a single place. This document will give you an overview of how you can make the most of the Social Campaigns feature in Zoho Marketing Automation.
Prerequisites
- You must be the admin of your social media and Zoho Marketing Automation accounts in order to set up the integration or to map the portal with Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Currently, you can only map one portal and create a single brand with Zoho Marketing Automation.
- As of now, we support the integration of the following social media channels with Zoho Marketing Automation: Facebook pages, LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn company pages, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) profiles.
- The user must have page access permissions to be able to post and view content on Facebook.
To start exploring the Social Campaigns feature, you must first
set up your brand by connecting your social media pages and accounts with Zoho Marketing Automation. As of now, we support Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) integrations.
Add content and schedule or the publish a post
Once you've set up your brand and linked all the required social media accounts, you can
start drafting the content you wish to put out to your audience. Your content can include text, emojis, images, and GIF files that you upload from your device.

After your content is ready, you can either post it right away or schedule the post for later. You can use the scheduling option to create and schedule an entire month's worth of social media posts at once. You can also easily add these posts as tasks to your
marketing planner and even use them to brainstorm future ideas.
Analyze reports
The Reports section in Social Campaigns enables you to analyze your user engagement metrics for posts on each social media channel. Based on these metrics, which include likes, comments, shares, and so on, you can decide which channel performs better for each brand and the kind of content you post.

Note:
- You can view the data in the Reports section 24 hours after publishing the post.
- To generate data in the Reports section, the Facebook page connected with Zoho Marketing Automation must have at least 100 page likes.
