How to analyze social campaign reports

Zoho Marketing Automation lets you publish posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (former Twitter). After the posts are published, you can head to the reports section to analyze the metrics to see how your posts have performed on various social media channels. This document will give you an understanding of how to view the social campaign reports and the different metrics available under them.

How to view social campaign reports

  1. Click Social under Marketing Campaigns.

General Reports

Here, you can see how your post has performed on all the social media channels it was posted on:
  1. Total engagement: The number of likes, shares, comments, reactions, and clicks your post received across all social media channels.
  2. Total likes: The number of likes your post received on all social media channels.
  3. Total comments: The number of comments your post gathered on all social media channels.
  4. Share/Reposts: The number of times your post was shared or reposted across all social media channels.
  5. Top engagement: The engagement metrics of how your post performed on the social media channels.

Facebook engagement stats
  1. Total reactions: The number of likes your post received on Facebook.
  2. Total engagement: The number of likes, shares, reactions, comments, and clicks your post received on Facebook.
  3. Engagement: The number of likes, shares, reactions, comments, and clicks your post received in percentage.
  4. Negative feedback: The number of "hide post" and "report post" actions your post received on Facebook.

The total number of times users clicked on the various links added in the post, such as website links, buttons, and the like.

Facebook – People reached
The total number of unique users who've seen your post on Facebook within a specific time period.


Facebook impression stats
  1. Post impressions: The number of times your post was displayed on the device screen of a unique user.
  2. Fan impressions: The number of post impressions from the users who’ve liked your Facebook page.
  3. Viral impressions: The number of times your post was displayed on a user’s screen because their friend has followed or liked your Facebook page.
  4. Unique fan impressions: The number of times the post was displayed on the screens of users who’ve liked your Facebook page.

  1. Quote count: The number of times your post was reposted with an accompanying post on X.
  2. Link click count: The number of times users clicked the URL or preview card in your X post.
  3. Impressions: The number of times your X post appeared on a unique user’s screen.
  4. Engagement: The total number of quotes, link clicks, and impressions your X post received.
  5. Engagement rate: The total number of quotes, link clicks, and impressions your X post received in percentage.
  6. Profile clicks: The number of times a unique user clicked the display name, user name, or the profile photo present in your X post.

LinkedIn profile engagement stats
  1. Clicks count: The number of times users clicked the URL or preview card in your post.
  2. Impressions: The number of times your post appeared on a user’s LinkedIn feed.
  3. Unique impressions: Total unique impression count of the post.
  4. Engagement rate: The total number of likes, reposts, comments, reactions, and clicks received by your post in percentage.

  1. Engagement: Total number of likes, shares, comments, and saves received for your post.
  2. Shares: Total number of times your post was shared by unique users.
