Business service providers (BSPs) help you connect your WhatsApp business account with an application that can support multiple types of communication channels. If you want to reach multiple customers, record their responses, and send automated WhatsApp campaigns for events and other occasions, then you need to use a BSP.
If you were already using another application or BSP before our product, you need to migrate the associated WhatsApp phone numbers from the previous product to Zoho Marketing Automation. The phone numbers that you intend to use to send WhatsApp campaigns need to be associated with Zoho Marketing Automation.
Migration process
There are two steps in this process:
- Disable two-step verification
- Integrate your WhatsApp business account and add the phone numbers
Disable two-step verification
- Login to your Meta Business Suite.
- Choose the account from the dropdown in the top-left corner.

- Click WhatsApp Manager from the navigation toolbar.

- Click on Phone numbers.

- Click the Settings icon beside the number you want to migrate.

- Click Two-step verification, then click the Turn off two-step verification button.

- Click Ok.
Integrate your WhatsApp business account and add phone numbers
- Click the Settings icon located on the top right of the application and choose Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect Apps.

- Select Instant Messaging.

- Click WhatsApp and click Connect.

- You'll be prompted to login to a Facebook account. Log in with the account that is linked to your business email.

- Once you log in to Meta (Facebook), you can select an existing business account or create a new one. Choose an existing business and select your business from the dropdown.

- Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking Next in the respective popup.

- Enter your phone number and click Next. Verify the phone number with OTP. It will be moved to Zoho Marketing Automation.
