You can integrate Zoho Marketing Automation with various third party applications for seamless data flow between the two applications. You can sync contacts from these applications with Zoho Marketing Automation and engage them consistently using personalized campaigns.
Prerequisites
- You must have an active account in the third party application. If you have multiple active accounts, only a single account can be selected for integration.
- You must be the organization administrator in Zoho Marketing Automation to perform the sync.

Note: You will be taken to create sync page for certain applications as soon as you integrate. You can create a sync immediately or click Skip for now button.
To integrate with Zendesk
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Helpdesk under Categories and then, select Zendesk.
- Click Connect and click Continue.
- Enter Zendesk URL and click Integrate. Authenticate in Zendesk to complete integration.
To integrate with GoToWebinar
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Webinar under Categories and then, select GoToWebinar.
- Click Connect and click Continue.

- Login to GoToWebinar and allow to integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate with SurveyMonkey
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Survey under Categories and then, select SurveyMonkey.
- Click Connect and click Continue.
- Login to SurveyMonkey and allow to integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate with Eventbrite
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Event under Categories and then, select Eventbrite.
- Click Connect and click Continue.

- Login to Eventbrite and allow to integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate with Wistia
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Video Marketing under Categories and then, select Wistia.
- Click Connect and click Continue.

- Login to Wistia and allow to integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate Google reCAPTCHA:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Captcha under Categories and then, select Google reCAPTCHA.
- Enter the Site Key and Secret Key generated in your Google reCAPTCHA account and solve the captcha.
- Click Integrate.
To integrate with Google Analytics:
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Click Analytics under Categories and then, select Google Analytics.
- Click Connect and click Continue.

- Login to your Google account and allow to integrate with Zoho Marketing Automation.
To integrate with Snowflake
Integrating Snowflake, a cloud-based data warehouse platform, with Zoho Marketing Automation will enable seamless data import and contact management. You can nurture these contacts using appropriate campaigns to boost your marketing initiatives.
Prerequisites
- You must have an active Snowflake account. If you have multiple active accounts, only a single account can be selected for integration.
- You must be the organization administrator in Zoho Marketing Automation to perform the sync.

Note:
If a particular role name is not assigned to a user during integration, the default role, as specified in the Snowflake account, will be assigned automatically.
How to integrate Snowflake account with Zoho Marketing Automation
Given below are the steps to integrate your Snowflake account with Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

- Click Apps under Integrations.

- Click Connect App in the top-right corner.

- Click CloudDB under Categories, then click Snowflake.

- Click Connect.

- Tick the checkbox, and click Continue in the confirmation pop-up.

- Enter the required information regarding your Snowflake account, such as Warehouse, Account ID, Username, and Password.
- After entering the details, click Integrate.

To disconnect integration with third party applications:
- Choose Settings on the left panel, then click Apps under Integrations.


- Click the application you want to disconnect.
- Click Disconnect on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click Proceed in the confirmation pop up.
