You can integrate Zoho Marketing Automation with various Zoho applications for seamless data flow between two Zoho applications. You can sync contacts from Zoho applications with Zoho Marketing Automation and engage them consistently using personalized campaigns.

Prerequisites

1. You must have an active account in the Zoho application. If you have multiple active accounts, only a single account can be selected for integration.
   
2. You must be the organization administrator in both the applications to perform the sync.
   

Note: You will be taken to create sync page for certain Zoho applications as soon as you integrate. You can create a sync immediately or click Skip for now button.

 To integrate with Zoho CRM:

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho CRM.
   
4. Click Connect.

To integrate with Zoho Recruit:

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Recruit.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Analytics:

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Analytics.
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Meeting: 

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Meeting.
   
4. Click Connect. 
   
5. Choose webinars to sync and topic (optional) to integrate and initiate the sync. Click Initiate once you are done.
   
   

 To integrate with Zoho Creator:

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Creator.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Invoice: 

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Invoice.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Books:  

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Books.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Backstage: 

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Backstage.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
5. Choose organization, webinars to sync and topic (optional) to integrate and initiate the sync. Click Initiate once you are done.
   
   

 To integrate with Zoho Desk: 

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Desk.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Bigin:  

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Bigin by Zoho CRM.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
   

To integrate with Zoho Contacts:  

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then click Apps under Integrations.
2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
3. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Contacts.
   
4. Click Connect.
   
5. Choose list and topic ( both optional) to sync with and configure the sync time to initiate the sync. Click Initiate once you are done.
   

To integrate with Zoho Forms:

1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Click Apps under Integrations.
   
   
3. Click Connect App on the top-right corner of the screen.
   
   
4. Click Zoho under Categories and then, select Zoho Forms.
   
   
5. Click Connect.
   
   

To disconnect integration with Zoho applications:

1. Choose Settings on the left panel, then click Apps under Integrations.
   
2. Click the Zoho application you want to disconnect.
   
3. Click Disconnect on the top right corner of the screen.
   
4. Click Disconnect in the confirmation pop up.
