Motivator uses data from CRM to show pipeline velocity and pipeline stages on dashboards. You can define how you would like the pipeline reports to be presented.
Set definition of potential stages
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click SETTINGS button on the top-left and select PIPELINE CONFIG.
- Click CRM SETUP. You will be redirected to Zoho CRM's Stage-Probability Mapping screen.
- Configure the definition of potential stages. The Pipeline Dashboards classify potentials as open or closed based on the "Forecast Type" defined here. For more information on this topic, refer to Map Stage-Probability Values.
Set definition of non-won deals
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click SETTINGS button on the top-left and select PIPELINE CONFIG.
- Toggle the ✓ mark for the option Treat "Overdue" Potentials with closing dates that have passed as "Lost", to automatically treat overdue potentials as lost.
- Toggle the ✓ mark for the option Treat "Old" potentials as "Lost", to automatically treat old potentials as lost.
If you toggle the ✓ mark, be sure to also specify the number of days after which a potential is considered old. - Click SAVE.
Note
- If the non-won deals are left without closing for a long period of time, your win rate calculation and pipeline stages visualization will not appear correctly. To avoid this situation, you can configure the "Overdue" and "Old" potentials to be treated as "Lost."
