Administrators can add, edit, and delete custom channels. Custom channel shows the contents of custom dashboard (See also Add Custom Dashboard). Users can only view channels shared with them by administrators. Added channels can be seen under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
Add new channel
- Click DASHBOARDS button at the top navigation bar and select the dashboard which you with to add as a new TV channel.
- Click MORE and Enable TV View.
- Configure your settings by continuing to configure custom channel.
Edit custom channel
- Select custom channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
- Click Manage and configure your settings by continuing to configure custom channel.
Configure custom channel
- Make any of the following changes:
- Channel Security Settings: Specify who can view the channel.
- Channel Display Settings: In TV View, select Slide View to show the information for each tile as slides, or select 4 x 4 Grid View to show tiles in a 4 x 4 grid, as in the dashboard. Specify the number of seconds between transition, number of leaders to show in the leaderboard, number of leaders to showcase with their performance chart, and when to remove completed leaderboards.
- Change this channel’s URL: Change the URL for this channel.
- Click ADD ANNOUNCEMENT and specify an announcement to be shown in the ticker area.
- Click Save.

- Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
- Click Preview.
Show fullscreen
- Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
- Click Fullscreen.
Share using URL
- Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
- Click Share.
- Copy the Channel URL and click OK. (TV channel will be shared based on its Channel Security Settings, regardless of the share settings of the dashboard).
Remove custom channel
- Click the DASHBOARDS button in the top navigation bar and select the dashboard which you wish to remove from the TV channel.
- Click MORE and Disable TV View. (Default channels cannot be removed. See List of Default Channels.)
