Home and Other Default Channels


List of default channels

The Home Channel and the following channels are provided by default. Default channels are automatically created and cannot be deleted or modified, except for channel settings (e.g. security and display settings) and announcements. Users can only view channels shared with them by administrators.
Note:

The free plan only supports the Contest Channel and does not support any other channels.
Home Channel
  • All KPIs, contests, and targets, from the Home dashboard
  • Sort order matches the Home dashboard
Pipeline Channel
  • All KPIs from the Pipeline Velocity dashboard
  • Sort order matches the Pipeline Velocity dashboard
Targets Channel
  • All company targets
  • Sort order matches the administrator's Targets page (Company section)
Contests Channel
  • All active contests
  • Sorted by start date (ascending)

  1. Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Preview.

 

Configure

  1. Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Manage.
  3. Make any of the following changes:
    • Channel Security Settings: Specify who can view the channel.
    • Channel Display Settings: Specify the number of seconds between transition, number of leaders to show in the leaderboard, number of leaders to showcase with their performance chart, and when to remove completed leaderboards.
    • Change this channel’s URL: Change the URL for this channel.

  4. Click ADD ANNOUNCEMENT and specify an announcement to be shown in the ticker area.
  5. Click Save.

 

Show fullscreen

  1. Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Fullscreen.

Share using URL

  1. Select channel name under TV CHANNELS at the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Share.
  3. Copy the Channel URL, then click OK. (TV channel will be shared based on its Channel Security Settings, regardless of the share settings of the dashboard).
