Overview

Email-In is a convenient feature in Zoho Notebook that allows users to create notecards by sending emails directly to a unique Notebook Email-In address. This helps users capture ideas or important information without opening the Zoho Notebook app or web interface.

Any email sent to the configured Email-In address is automatically converted into a notecard and added to the selected notebook, making it ideal for quick note capture on the go.

Steps to Access Email-In

1. Open Zoho Notebook (Web/Desktop app).
2. Click on Settings.
3. Navigate to Email-In.
4. Enable the Email-In option if it is not already enabled.
5. Copy the unique Email-In address generated for your account.

Once configured, you can send emails to this address to create notecards.

Secondary Email Address Support  

      Apart from the primary email address used to access Zoho Notebook, you can add secondary email addresses in the Email-In settings. Emails sent from these secondary addresses will also be converted into notecards.

Note: The Email-In address varies by region, depending on where the Zoho account was created.

Zoho Notebook automatically detects travel-related emails and creates a Flight Card when a flight confirmation email is sent to the Email-In address.

1. Open your flight confirmation email.
2. Forward the email to the Email-In address shown in the Email-In settings.

The notecard will still be created, but the title may be blank or auto-generated.

Most common file types are supported. Unsupported file types may be ignored.

4. Is the Email-In option available on all plans?
The Email-In feature is available in all paid versions of Zoho Notebook.
