Important Notes on Locked Notes

  • Once migrated, notes can be locked again in Zoho Notebook to maintain user privacy.

Steps to Migrate Apple Notes to Zoho Notebook (Mac)  

Follow the steps below to migrate your notes using a Mac device.

Instructions

  1. Install and open the Zoho Notebook app on your Mac

  2. Sign in using your Zoho account.

  3. From the top menu bar, click File

    1. Select Import from the drop-down menu. A list of supported platforms will be displayed.



    2. Choose Apple Notes from the list. 




  4. Select one of the following options:

    1. Import all Apple Notes

    2. Import selected notes only



  5. Click Import to proceed

  6. The migration process will run in the background.

  7. Once completed, the imported notes will appear in Zoho Notebook.

             

Notes & Limitations  

  • Migration time depends on the number and size of notes being imported.

  • Do not close the Zoho Notebook app while the migration is in progress.

  • Migration is a one-time process and changes made in Apple Notes after migration will not sync with Zoho Notebook.
