Using this feature, users can securely import their Apple Notes into Zoho Notebook and continue managing them across multiple devices.
This feature is available for:
Users who have notes stored in Apple Notes
Apple users transitioning to the Zoho ecosystem
During migration from Apple Notes to Zoho Notebook, the following note formats are supported:
Text notes
Photos and images
Videos
PDF files
Notes that are locked in Apple Notes cannot be migrated directly due to privacy restrictions.
To migrate locked notes:
Unlock the notes in Apple Notes
Move them to regular folders
Proceed with migration
Once migrated, notes can be locked again in Zoho Notebook to maintain user privacy.
Before starting the migration, ensure that:
You have access to your Apple ID credentials
You have a valid Zoho Notebook account
You are using a Mac device
You have a stable internet connection
Instructions
Sign in using your Zoho account.
From the top menu bar, click File
Choose Apple Notes from the list.
Select one of the following options:
Import all Apple Notes
Import selected notes only
Click Import to proceed
The migration process will run in the background.
Once completed, the imported notes will appear in Zoho Notebook.
Migration time depends on the number and size of notes being imported.
Do not close the Zoho Notebook app while the migration is in progress.
Migration is a one-time process and changes made in Apple Notes after migration will not sync with Zoho Notebook.
Yes. During the import process, you can choose to migrate all notes or only selected notes.
2. Will my notes stay synced after migration?
No. Migration is a one-time import process. Any changes made in Apple Notes after the migration will not be reflected in Zoho Notebook. To bring newly created or updated notes into Zoho Notebook, the migration will need to be initiated again.

Apple Notes
Access to a Mac device
4. Will folders from Apple Notes be migrated?
Yes. Folders from Apple Notes will be migrated and can be accessed within the Zoho Notebook app.
5. What should I do if the migration fails?
Ensure:
You have a stable internet connection
You do not close the Notebook app during migration
If the issue persists, contact Zoho Notebook Support.
