Zoho Notebook on Android Watch lets you quickly capture and access notes directly from your wrist. You can create Text Cards, Checklist Cards, and Audio Cards without needing to open Notebook on your phone.

Notes created from your watch are synced with your Zoho Notebook account, making them available across your other supported devices.

What You Can Do on Android Watch

With Zoho Notebook on your Android watch, you can:

Create a Text Card

You can quickly capture a thought or other information as a Text Card directly from your watch.

To create a Text Card:

  1. Open Zoho Notebook on your watch.
  2. Select the option to create a Text Card.
  3. Enter the content for your note.

                                                          

The Text Card will be saved to your Notebook account and synced across your devices.

Text Cards that were created on another platform, such as the Notebook mobile, web, or desktop app, can be viewed on your watch but cannot be edited from the watch.

Create a Checklist Card

Create a Checklist Card from your watch to keep track of tasks quickly, shopping items, reminders, and other lists.

To create a Checklist Card:

  1. Open Zoho Notebook on your watch.
  2. Select the option to create a Checklist Card.
  3. Add your checklist items.

                                                        

Checklist Cards created from your watch can be edited directly from the watch.

Checklist Cards created using Notebook on another platform can be viewed on the watch but cannot be edited from the watch.

Create an Audio Card

You can record an Audio Card directly from your watch when you want to capture information without typing.

To create an Audio Card:

  1. Open Zoho Notebook on your watch.
  2. Select the option to create an Audio Card.
  3. Start recording your audio.
  4. Stop the recording when you're finished.
  5. Save the Audio Card.

                                                       

You can also view and access your Audio Cards from the watch.

Things to Keep in Mind

Editing support for Text Cards and Checklist Cards depends on where the note was originally created.

If you create the note directly from your Android watch, you can continue editing it from the watch. If the note was created from another Notebook platform, you can access it on your watch, but editing it from the watch is currently not supported.

You can use the Notebook app on your phone, web, or desktop to make changes to such notes.
