Assign app to individual user
Prerequisites
Roles that can perform this action:
- Organization Owner
- Organization Admin
- Application Admin
The steps to assign app to individual user vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

One Experience UI
To assign app to individual user,
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon
the top-right corner.
- Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
- Select an app, click the meatball menu
.
- Click Assign Users, then go to the Individual tab.
- Choose the users by manually entering their name and searching, or by using the user picker
.
- If required, set the application settings.
- Click Assign.

To assign app to individual user,
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon
the top-right corner.
- Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
- Select an app, click the meatball menu
.
- Click Assign Users, then go to the Individual tab.
- Choose the users by manually entering their name and searching, or by using the user picker
- If required, set the application settings.
- Click Assign.
Unified UI
To assign app to individual user,
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Applications, then click on the app you need to assign.
- Click Assign Users, then go to the Individual tab.
- Choose the users by manually entering their name and searching, or by using the user picker
- If required, set the application settings.
- Click Assign.
