Personalize app



The steps to personalize app vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

One Experience UI
To change the logo:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
  3. Select an app.
  4. Click pencil-edit-iconunder the app logo, to choose a pre-designed logo, or to upload a new logo.

    1. Use pre-designed logo: Choose a design under Choose Logo and a color under Choose Colour.
    2. Upload new logo: Click browse file, choose the new logo, then click Upload. The recommended resolution for logos is 256 x 256 pixels.
  5. Click Save.
To change the app's display name:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
  3. Select an app, click the meatball menu.
  4. Click Edit, then change the name.
  5. Click Update.


Spaces UI
To change the logo:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management, the Applications module opens by default.
  3. Select an app.
  4. Click pencil-edit-iconunder the logo, to choose a pre-designed logo, or to upload a new logo.

    1. Use pre-designed logo: Choose a design under Choose Logo and a color under Choose Colour.

To change the logo:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, then click the app you want to customize.
  3. Click pencil-edit-icon, to choose a pre-designed logo, or to upload a new logo.
    1. Use pre-designed logo: Choose a design under Choose Logo and a color under Choose Colour.
    2. Upload new logo: Click browse file, choose the new logo, then click Upload. The recommended resolution for logos is 256 x 256 pixels.
  4. Click Save.
To change the app's display name:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, then click the app you want to customize.
  3. Click Edit, then change the name.
  4. Click Update.

 
Notes
Note: Logo and display name of Zoho apps CANNOT BE CHANGED.

Troubleshooting
