Custom authentication with Okta

Custom authentication with Okta enables SAML-based single sign-on (SSO) from Okta to Zoho One. With SSO, you and your employees can sign in to Okta and access Zoho One directly, without having to sign in to Zoho One.

To set up custom authentication with Okta:

Sign in to your Okta account.
Click Admin in the top-right corner.
Click Add App next to Add an app to use Single-Sign on.
Search for Zoho One.
Click Add Integration.
Enter Application label and Domain, then click Done.

Note: You can find the ACS URL (SAML Endpoint URL) in Zoho One's Custom Authentication page.

Navigate to the Sign On tab, then click View SAML setup instructions on the right side.
Copy the Login URL and Logout URL, and download the X.509 Certificate. Submit this data to Zoho to set up SAML in Zoho One.

Enter Login URL under Sign-in URL.
Enter Logout URL under Sign-out URL.
Upload X.509 Certificate under Verification Certificate.

In the Sign On tab, click Edit, then enter "https://one.zoho.com/" under Default Relay State.
Click Save.
