Prerequisite: The Sync Tool must have been installed and run at least once.
  1. Open the Sync Tool.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Reset Zoho One Sync Tool, then Delete.
    4. Note: Only the settings configured in the tool will be deleted. Users and groups that have already been synced with Zoho will not be removed.
