Edit field mapping details
The steps to edit fields mapping details vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.
Spaces UI
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click
in the top-right.
- Go to Directory Stores, then click the required Directory Store.
- Under Info, click Edit next to Field Mapping. You’ll see a list of mapped fields.
Hover over the field you want to change and click Edit.
- Choose how you want the field to be mapped:
- Profile field: Maps the field to an existing Zoho profile field with the same or corresponding field name.
- Hardcoded value: Enter a fixed value. This value will remain the same for all users and will not change automatically.
The custom attribute field name is case sensitive and must match the
custom attribute field name of third-party directory store exactly. If
the field name does not match, the field mapping will fail.
- After selecting the mapping option, click OK.
- Click Save.
