Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho CRM
Overview
Integrate Zoho Books with Zoho CRM to bridge the gap between your sales and finance teams. This means that you can track and manage key CRM as well as accounting information in the same place. You can also,
- Capture all your customer information in one place, so that you can work with the same information at hand in both the apps.
- View your customer’s key accounting metrics, such as sales details and outstanding receivables, right from Zoho CRM.
- Sync your transactions seamlessly between both apps.
- Automate business workflows like creating an invoice when a potential is won.
The steps to integrate vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable the integration,
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon
on the top-right corner.
- Click App Management on the left menu, then click Integrations.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Books, and go to the Available tab. All the available integrations will be listed.
- Click Enable next to CRM.
Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.
To configure the integration,
Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.
To deactivate the integration,
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon
- Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Books, and go to the Active tab.
- Click the kebab menu
against CRM, then click Deactivate.
- Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.
While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.
To delete the integration,
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon
- Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Books, and go to the Active tab.
- Click the kebab menu
- Read the confirmation message and click Delete.
Delete is an irreversible action. You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.

on the top-right corner.
- Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click Books, and go to the Available tab. All the available integrations will be listed.
- Click Enable next to CRM.

- Click Directory in the left navigation menu, then click Integrations.
- Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
- Click the app you want to integrate with, then click Available; all the available integrations will be listed, click Enable.
