Integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho Meeting

Overview

By integrating your Zoho Campaigns account with Zoho Meeting, you can:
  1. Add the registrants and attendees of your webinars to your mailing lists.
  2. Send campaigns about the details of your webinar to the registrants.
  3. Send promotional newsletters to your webinar attendees.
The steps to Integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho Meeting vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Admin Panel icon  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.

  4. Click Campaigns app, all the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable besides Meeting app. 

Notes
Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration,

Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Campaigns, then go to the Active tab.
  5. Click the kebab menu  besides Meeting, then click Deactivate.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.
Notes
While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Campaigns, then go to the Active tab.
  5. Click the kebab menu besides Meeting, then click Delete.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Delete.
Notes
Delete is an irreversible action. You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.

Spaces UI

To enable the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, click the Directory Settings icon  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.

  4. Click Campaigns app, all the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable besides Meeting app.

  3. Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
  4. Click the app you want to integrate with, then click Available Integrations; all the available integrations will be listed, click Enable.
