Integrate Zoho Connect with Zoho Analytics

Overview

Zoho Analytics lets you visualize your data in stunning charts, reports, and dashboards. With this integration, you can study your Connect data, such as posts, groups, and boards, helping you to make data-driven decisions.

The steps to integrate vary between three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

One Experience UI

To enable the integration, 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab. 

  4. Click Connect, and go to the  Available; all the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable against Analytics.
Notes
Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration, 

Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration, 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab. 
  4. Click Connect, and go to the Active tab. 
  5. Click the kebab menuagainst Analytics, then click Deactivated.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.
Notes
While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate. 
You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration, 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab. 
  4. Click Connect, and go to the Active tab. 
  5. Click the kebab menuagainst Analytics, then click Delete.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Delete.
Notes
Delete is an irreversible action.You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.
Spaces UI

  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab. 

  4. Click Connect, and go to the  Available; all the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable against Analytics.
