Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Desk

Overview

This integration is aimed at providing a single platform to view and respond to the customer tickets right within the CRM account.

As an administrator, you can initiate integration between CRM and Desk accounts. Upon configuration, you can invite CRM users to Zoho Desk, sync the accounts and contacts modules and choose the modules for which you wish to view the tickets under a module's related lists, and regulate the visibility of tickets for CRM users.

The steps to integrate vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  on the top-right corner, then click Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations in the tab at the top.

  4. Click the app you want to integrate with, then click Available; all the available integrations will be listed, click Enable.
Notes
Note: Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration,

Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  on the top-right corner, then click Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
  4. Click the required app, hover over the integration you want to delete, click  , then click Deactivate.
  5. Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.
Notes
Note: While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  on the top-right corner, then click Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations in the tab at the top.
  4. Click the required app, hover over the integration you want to delete, click , then click Delete.
  5. Read the confirmation message and click Delete.
Notes
Note: Delete is an irreversible action. You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.

Unified UI

To enable the integration,

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click Directory in the left navigation menu, then click Integrations.
  3. Click Integrations in the tab at the top.

  4. Click the app you want to integrate with, then click Available; all the available integrations will be listed, click Enable.
