Integrate Zoho Projects with Zoho Meeting

Overview

This integration allows you to avoid the tedious procedure of inviting every employee to an online meeting by adding meetings to your calendar and setting reminders. You can also record meetings and view them later.

The steps to integrate Zoho Projects with Zoho Meeting vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

To enable the integration,
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab. 
  4. Click Projects, and go to the Available; All the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable against Meeting.
Info
Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration,
Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration,
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Projects, and go to the Active tab.
  5. Click the kebab menu against Meeting, then click Deactivate.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.
Info
While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.
You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration,
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab.
  4. Click Projects, and go to the Active tab.
  5. Click the kebab menu against Meeting, then click Delete.
  6. Read the confirmation message and click Delete.
Notes
Delete is an irreversible action. You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.

To enable the integration,
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
  3. Go to the Integrations tab. 
  4. Click Projects, and go to the Available; All the available integrations will be listed.
  5. Click Enable against Meeting.
