Integrate Zoho Sprints with Zoho Analytics

Overview

One can oversee the course of a business and forecast its future with a wide range of detailed reports. Besides the inbuilt reports, you can now generate customized reports by integrating Zoho Sprints account with Zoho Analytics.

The steps to integrate vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

One Experience UI

To enable the integration,

Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon on the top-right corner.
Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Click Sprints, and go to the Available; All the available integrations will be listed.
Click Enable against Analytics.

Integration will be enabled only after configuration is completed. Incomplete configurations will be listed under Pending Actions.

To configure the integration,

Follow the steps mentioned in the link to configure.

To deactivate the integration,

Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon on the top-right corner.
Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Click Sprints, and go to the Active tab.
Click the kebab menu against Analytics, then click Deactivate.
Read the confirmation message and click Deactivate.

While performing sensitive actions, you will need to periodically re-authenticate.

You can activate the integration later by clicking Activate.

To delete the integration,

Sign in to Zoho One, then click Admin Panel icon on the top-right corner.
Click App Management on the left menu, then select Integrations.
Go to the Integrations tab.
Click Sprints, and go to the Active tab.
Click the kebab menu against Analytics, then click Delete.
Read the confirmation message and click Delete.

Delete is an irreversible action.You will need to re-enable and configure the integration to use it again.
