Associate profile
You can create one or more profiles and associate them to the required devices or groups. Once you associate a profile to the device, all restrictions and policies configured within that profile will be applied to that device. For example, if the profile had a passcode policy configured, the users can only access their devices using passcodes.
Note: When multiple profiles are associated to the device, profile will be applied to that device based on the profile priority.
To associate a profile:
- Sign in to Zoho One
, then click Directory in the left menu.
- To associate a profile to a device:
- Go to Device management.
- Go to the Devices tab, then click on the required device.
- Click the Associated Profiles tab, then click Associate Profiles.
- Select the required profiles.
- Click Associate Profiles.
- To associate a profile to a group:
- Click Groups in the left menu.
- Click on the required group, then click the Device Profiles tab.
- Click Associate Profile, then select the required profile(s).
- Click Associate Profile.
