Add RADIUS Client

Pre-requisites: 

  1. Admin
  2. Sys-Admin access
 
The steps to add RADIUS Client vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

 To Add Client: 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  icon on the top right corner, then click RADIUS.
  3. Click RADIUS Clients, then click +Add New Client.
  4. Under CLIENT INFORMATION,
    1. Enter Client Name.
    2. Enter Public IP Address, click + to enter multiple IP Addresses.
    3. Enter a Shared Secret in at least 31 characters or click Generate Shared Secret to generate a code.
    4. Click Copy Code to copy the shared secret.
    5. Click Save and Next.

 To Add Server Information: 

  1. Go to your access point's admin console. Learn how to configure RADIUS profiles with popular vendors.
  2. Locate the option to configure a RADIUS profile.
  3. Copy the below values from Zoho One and paste them in the corresponding fields in the access point's admin console,
    1. Server IP Address
    2. Domain
    3. Authentication Port
    4. Shared Secret
  4. Save the configuration.
  5. After saving the configuration in the access point's admin console, return to Zoho One and click Next.

Notes
Additional configurations are required for iOS, MacOS and Windows.


 

 To Test Connection: 

Pre-requisites:  

 

Test Connection:

  1. Select a user to test the connection. This user should have setup the additional configurations.
  2. Click Assign and Test Connection.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Inform the selected user to connect to the Wi-Fi on their device using their Zoho One credentials.
  5. If the connection fails, ensure the following and test again with the same user or another user,
    1. Your Zoho account credentials have been entered correctly
    2. You've entered the server details correctly
    3. The device configurations are properly implemented



NotesUsers assigned to the client during testing can be added or removed by clicking Manage Users.

To Manage Users:   

  1. Click Manage Users under Summary.
  2. You can assign individual users, or groups, or all the users to the client,
    1. If you want to add a single user to the client: Click Individual, select the user you want to assign, and click Assign.
    2. If you want to add a group to the client: Click Groups, select the groups, configure the conditions, and click Assign.
    3. If you want to add all users to the client: Click Everyone, select the condition, click Assign

 

To Edit Client: 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  icon on the top right corner, then click RADIUS.
  3. Click RADIUS Client and hover over the Client you want to edit.
  4. Click the  icon and click Edit.
  5. Edit the Client Name, Public IP Address, Shared Secret, and click Save.

To Deactivate Client: 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  icon on the top right corner, then click RADIUS.
  3. Click RADIUS Client and hover over the Client you want to deactivate.
  4. Click the  icon and click Deactivate.
  5. Click Deactivate in the confirmation box.

To Delete Client: 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click  icon on the top right corner, then click RADIUS.
  3. Click RADIUS Client and hover over the Client you want to delete.
  4. Click the  icon and click Delete.
  5. Click Delete in the confirmation box.

 To Add Client: 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click Directory in the left menu, then click RADIUS.
  3. Click RADIUS Clients, then click +Add New Client.
  4. Under CLIENT INFORMATION,

  3. Click RADIUS Client and hover over the Client you want to deactivate.
  4. Click the  icon and click Deactivate.
  5. Click Deactivate in the confirmation box.

To Delete Client: 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One.
  2. Click Directory in the left menu, then click RADIUS.
  3. Click RADIUS Client and hover over the Client you want to delete.
  4. Click the  icon and click Delete.
  5. Click Delete in the confirmation box.
