Unable to sync user details in Zoho One

Description: 

You may encounter this situation when editing a user's information in Zoho One's Directory when the user is already a part of a Zoho app (such as Zoho People or Zoho Expense), and want the field information entered in Zoho One's Directory to sync with the individual app.

Reason:

Syncing user information entered in Zoho One's Directory with individual apps is not supported for now.

However,  information entered in the Applications Settings pop-up of individual apps will be synced with the app.

Solution:

You can still see some of the details reflect on the services when you try to do the following steps:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Go to Applications, then click on the app you want to change the settings for.
  3. Hover over the app, then click Edit.

  4. Make the changes, then click Update.
