Zoho One includes a wide range of applications as part of your default subscription. Certain Zoho apps are not included as standard apps in your Zoho One subscription but can be connected to your Zoho One organization as Extended Apps.
You can connect Extended Apps to your Zoho One organization and manage users from a single place. Each Extended App is available as a separate add-on in Zoho One. In most cases, the add-on's subscription, pricing, and license management are handled through Zoho One, while the application's own service determines the features available to users assigned that add-on.
Note: Zoho Voice currently follows a different subscription model. See Zoho Voice-specific behaviour for details.

How Extended App licensing works
Extended Apps are not included in your Zoho One subscription. Each Extended App requires its own active paid add-on.
When you assign an Extended App to a user, they consume one license for that app's add-on.
Extended Apps can be assigned to the following user types:
| |
| Yes |
Lite User | Yes |
Extended App only | Yes |
If you assign only an Extended App to a user without selecting a Zoho One or Lite license, the user is automatically classified as a Lite User with access only to that Extended App.
