That said, the responsiveness of Zoho CRM depends not only on the application itself but also on the underlying network. To strengthen this, we now have a dedicated Data Center Operations (DC Ops) team focused on data center expansion, upgrades, compliance, and smooth operations across every region.
When latency or performance issues occur, it is critical that our DC Ops teams have the right information to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly. The purpose of this note is to raise awareness on what information is required to identify and troubleshoot such issues, and to provide partners with guidance on the steps to take before escalating to support or posting generic queries on Partner Connect.

To help us effectively investigate and resolve performance or slowness issues you're experiencing in Zoho CRM or other Zoho services, we request the following key information. These details will enable our technical teams to analyze your network path, identify latency points, and determine whether the issue is localized or broader in nature.

>> Network & Access Details
- Public IP address from which the user is accessing Zoho.
- ISP (Internet Service Provider) details, including:
- Primary ISP
- Alternate ISP (if applicable)
- Location (City/Country) from where Zoho is being accessed.
>> Timeline
- Date and time when the issue was first noticed or started recurring.
>> Environment Details
- Is the user accessing Zoho through:
- A VPN?
- A proxy network?
- Any browser extensions or antivirus software that may affect performance?
