When overtime approval is enabled in the overtime policy, employees must submit their overtime hours for approval. This helps employees provide accurate overtime details, allows the organization to record approved hours, and supports accurate payroll calculations.
- The Overtime tab will be shown in Attendance > My Data only when manual requests are allowed in the overtime policy for the user.
- Submission of overtime by either reporting manager or administrator can only be done for users for whom manual overtime requests are allowed in their overtime policy.
