IP Restrictions

What is the IP Restrictions feature in Zoho People?

The IP Restriction feature in Zoho People allows administrators to control where employees can mark their attendance, start or end timesheet timers, access files by limiting access to an IP range. This ensures that access is only through a designated office or official remote location, preventing employees from accessing from unauthorized locations.
Info
IP Restriction feature is available in Attendance, Timesheet, Files service.

Alert
Attention:  While configuring IP restrictions, we always recommend using Static IP Addresses as the Dynamic IP Address gets refreshed every 72 hours. Please check with your I.S.P to get a Static Public IP address to implement the same in Zoho People. Contact support@zohopeople.com for  further assistance.
Idea
IP Restriction and Geo Restriction feature can be used together to enforce stronger access restrictions.
