E-Sign - Recall Document or Extend E-Signature Deadline

You can recall documents that are sent for e-signature by mistake or extend the e-signature deadline for documents that are sent for signature or expired.
This multi-select and update feature is only supported with Zoho Sign integration. For other e-sign platforms, you can click on the e-sign document name and use the ellipsis icon to recall or extend the deadline for a document, for more information, refer to Recall E-Sign Document.

Recall Document Sent for E-Signature

To recall documents that has been sent for E-Signature:
  1. Navigate to Operations > Files > E-Sign Documents.


  2. Click the filter icon and select the status as Sent and click Search.
    Filter application is mandatory to perform this action.
  3. Select the files that you want to recall and click Recall.


  4. Enter the reason to recall the document.
  5. Click Recall.
    All selected documents will be recalled and the recipient will no longer be able to view or e-sign the document.

Extend Deadline to E-Sign the Document

You can extend the deadline to complete the e-signature for the document that has been sent for e-signature with status sent or expired.

To extend the deadline for the e-sign documents:
  1. Navigate to Operations > Files > E-Sign Documents.



  2. Click the filter icon and select the status as Sent or Expired and click Search.
    Filter application is mandatory to perform this action.
  3. Select the files for which you would like to extend the e-signature deadline.
  4. Click Extend.
  5. Modify the deadline as required and click Modify.


    The new deadline has been set to complete the e-signature.
